first meeting, first questions

Luis and I met today even if we didn't have to.
So we have to work in opposition with another group. So what does opposition mean exactly? Do we have to know what the other group write? We gonna ask the prof!

We don't know what exactly we have to do. We tried to find some questions.

We think that in our paper we could talk about: european constitution.
Luis and I study economics and there is a concept wich could be very useful to analyse european democratic culture "human capital"=> education...etc. It comes from Milton Friedman who you may know. Moreover there is a school in economics which is specialized in analysis of democracy, government...etc it is the public choice school. I will see what I could find for our work.
Also we talked about Riots in France and the problem of integration and the risk it is for democracy.
